Bitsmind Technologies - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the product development engineering services and accelerated programs ("Services") offered by Bitsmind Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Bitsmind Technologies provides the following Services:

• Product Development Engineering Services: We offer engineering services for the development of products, including but not limited to Product development, AI, ML and Data Engineering.
• Accelerated Programs: We provide accelerated programs for graduates and professionals, designed to enhance their skills and knowledge in [specify areas, e.g., software development, data science, etc.].

2. Enrollment and Payment (Accelerated Programs)

• Enrollment in our accelerated programs is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application.
• Payment for the program must be made in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No Refund or Cancellation: Once payment has been made for an accelerated program, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.

3. Product Development Engineering Services

• The scope of product development engineering services will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
• Payment terms for product development engineering services will be as specified in the applicable agreement.
• All intellectual property rights pertaining to work done by Bitsmind technologies, will remain with Bitsmind Technologies, unless specifically stated otherwise in a written contract.

4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to course materials, software, and designs, are owned by Bitsmind Technologies or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Bitsmind Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.   

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We provide our Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 
• We do not warrant any specific outcome from our accelerated programs, or product development services.

7. Termination

• We may terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
• We can terminate a service contract if payments are not made according to the agreed upon schedule.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.   

9. Changes to these Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.   
• Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
